Ingredients
  • 4 Pro-Health Baby Blonde Potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cup Low-Fat Milk
  • 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle potatoes with parsley. Bring milk, salt and pepper to a slow boil and pour over potatoes. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
